Excellent repair shop. Great people. Always a pleasure to take my son's 1972 Volvo 1800 ES out there AND our 2014 BMW 550i. We would recommend Import Auto Service to anyone! They are simply the BEST!

Raji is knowledgeable, professional, fast, and most importantly honest. I had several issues with my Chevrolet Equinox. He quickly figured out the problems and gave me honest feedback on what to do. I picked my car up less than a week later and it was riding beautifully. Raji is trustworthy and amazing!

I went to Import Auto Service (IAS) for emissions test on 11/29/21. As many stated on the website, the service I received was beyond my expectation. I greatly appreciated for an outstanding service received. The gentleman who assisted me (didn’t catch his name) was a good listener genuinely cares about his customer. I recommend this place for any car concerns or fixes without have to worry getting ripped off.

Thanks for the review. Glad to know we exceeded you expectations!

So glad to have found this amazing shop through CarMax certified repair locations. Honest, knowledgeable and efficient service. They had my Nissan Pathfinder running smoothly in a day. Communication was timely and excellent customer service.

Thank you for the great review!!

Excellent work, determined that I didn't have an engine problem or other problem when generator light was going on. Would liked better communication to inform me status of car, I had to call them. Happy with their honest and reliable service.

They worked on my Buick Enclave, the suspension was making squeaking noise. The mechanic, Mr. Shah, found no problems, but greased the joints. I received an honest and professional service.

I want to preface this review by saying the actual explanations and communication I was given here were pretty good. I thought they were honest with what they knew and communicated what they could. My issue here is that the work they was performed did not actually solve the issue, nor was what I paid worth the value of what I received. I brought my 2013 Porsche Cayenne S in to have a diagnosis done on a "Chassis System Fault/Failure" for my air suspension. I provided what informed I could, as this has been a longstanding issue for my car. They were able to identify that the system had not been recharged and they filled it with Nitrogen. However, when I went to pick it up, the shop admitted that the fault light had returned and they would need to do further diagnosis on the compressor. Even worse, the "Chassis System Failure" light return only after 10 minutes of driving. I understand these suspension issues can be tricky. But I paid $300 essentially for a Nitrogen fill and scanning of the car, with the main issue(s) not yet at all resolved, or even fully diagnosed. This is very disappointed and I would hope that I could've been provided a more thorough service, as the communication itself was overall pretty good. UPDATE 10/14: My car has returned to the original level before it was taken to this shop. I essentially paid $300 for nothing at this point, so I have remove 1 star from my review.

Hey Kristofer, sorry you felt that the service provided was not thorough enough. As per our conversation, our diagnosis led to us knowing the nitrogen fill in the suspension was extremely low. We went through multiple test procedures and gave you the steps along the way. Especially since the vehicle had went from shop to shop before it came to us. The vehicle came into the shop unable to lift and at lowest height. We charged it and returned it to normal height settings. We are always willing to help our customers. As we spoke earlier we hope to see you again and will take this experience into consideration. Thank you for your review!
