I have to say I am TOTALLY impressed with the service I received. I was traveling through Washington DC when My vehicle started overheating on I-95. Panicked, I looked for the nearest Mechanic. I got off the highway at a local gas station and low and behold they had a mechanic on duty. They quickly diagnosed that it was NOT the radiator but just a sending unit. A quick order from the parts store and about a hour later we were back on the road good as new. Their prices were extremely reasonable and I felt confident with their work. They were sooooooo kind and professional and I feel blessed to have found them

These guys are fantastic. I used to get my BMW 535x serviced at the dealership but I've happily switched over to Import Auto Service. Their prices have been phenomenal compared to what I could pay at BMW (I have called to compare and have saved a LOT) and they are willing to work with you as much as possible. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and recommend them to anyone.

I do most of my auto work myself but for anything over my head I take it here. I started back in 2013 with my 2001 Volvo and now I take my 2010 Ford here. They are trustworthy, honest, and responsive. I moved away from Alexandria but still make the trip here because once you find a good mechanic you don't change!
