Raju, his dad, and staff are always super friendly and helpful. They always make time to fit me in and get me in and out in a timely manner, even right before the holidays. They don’t ever try to push me to fix/spend money that isn’t necessary and prices are reasonable (I have a jaguar FPace) and we know it can cost an arm and a leg when dealing with auto repair. I have struggled for years to find a good and reliable shop locally and I will always use IAS.

While my job was very easy, the mechanic was amiable, quick, and did a good job of installing a new hood ornament. I didn’t give them 5-stars because the verbal quote they gave me was not the price I ended up paying. I believe, when you give a verbal quote, you should honor it no matter how small or big the difference in price.

These guys are the best!! I have two 20+year old Volvos one is vintage 35+ and I can alway count on their expert advice and service . So thankful for import auto.

I went in for an oil change and told them the front left side of the car was making weird noises when driving on bumpy surfaces. They did the oil change and a general check of the car. As for the problem I told them about, they informed me the stabilzer on the left front was bad. They were able to order a stabilizer kit and had it delivered and installed. Since I stayed at the shop I was only there for three hours. They have a TV in the waiting room and I watched the Olympics and ate a sandwich from the store there. The desk clerk was very good. She kept me informed and explained what was going to happen with the stabilizer situation. She told me it would take about an hour to get the stabilizer kit after she put in the order. I am always happy with the service at this business. It was highly recommended by a neighbor. He was right.
