Top service. I towed my vehicle to Import Auto on the Thursday due to a coolant issue. Parts arrived Friday, collected my car Saturday. Other recommendations suggested for my car too, and will be back to have them corrected. Staff were excellent, great communication. Thank you!

28 January 2022 update to this review: I am very happy with Import Auto. Every quality I look for, they have: communicating honestly, good service, fair prices, and high skills. I mentioned below about my vintage 88 240 DL Volvo, how great they are but more importantly, few mechanics, even at certified Volvo dealers, where I thought they should have the best mechanics for even my vintage car, know how to drive a stick shift. Mind you, I have gone to dealers where mechanics didn't know how. Back to the review, this time it was my almost vintage 2001 Volvo S60, also a standard transmission. In both cases they help me keep my car in showroom condition. I have never missed a repair and feel confident they will help me stay ahead of any problems so I can continue to keep the cars I love on the road. My rating is excellent. -------------------- All you vintage Volvo owners, mine is a 240DL, these guys actually repair before replacing a part. So grateful.

I was very Impressed and Satisfied with my service on my Cadillac, I brought to Import Auto Service, The gentleman over the phone when setting up my appointment was very helpful and also informative for me as well. He was very patient and answered all of my questions not leaving me feeling as if I was rushed off of the phone. When I brought my car into the shop they were very efficient and it was completed in a timely manner with a part that needed to be delivered being brought as well. Pricing agreed and everything was on point. I look forward to bringing my vehicle back for the remainder of things I need to be done on it.
