Got me in fast. Did everything exactly the way I wanted. Didn't try to upsell me. They proved me worst case and set my expectations for worst case completion time. Charged me far less than expected and had the work done on time. When I went to pick up my car. Jimmy, the mechanic was standing there and said, "I'm the one who worked on that one." He explained everything and really showed me he cares about the customers and the quality. It's not often you find a professional mechanic with good prices and a good helpful. Highly recommend using their service.

Import Auto Service did a thorough, careful, and quick job replacing my front tire last week after the nasty snowstorm we had. They have fair prices and courteous employees.
