10/10 would recommend. The owner and staff were very knowledgeable, I broke down close to 2 miles from their shop. Had it towed to their shop before business opened and they started working on it first thing. A few hours later as soon as the parts were delivered they installed them and I was on my way. The rear right axle shaft splines on my Mercedes sprinter were mangled from my only guess is wear and tear.

I have used Import Auto since late 2007 and I still seek them out whenever my BMW needs a service or repair. I credit them with maintaining an over 21 years old BMW 330ci still in good operating condition.

My family and I have used the shop for many years. It is a honest family owned business. Good price and service. I highly recommend Import Auto Services on Edsall Road.

About a year ago my check engine light came on they told me it was my intake manifold so I had it replaced. A few days later the check engine light came back on with the same problem. When I brought it back they told me nothing was wrong and charged me for a diagnostic to turn the light off. When the light came back on for the third time they finally admitted it was the diverter valve in the turbocharger which I had them replace. A few days later the light came on again with the same code. I finally decided to bring my car to a different shop. I have now had to re do everything that they did and have spend over $3000 repairing the damage that they caused my car. I will never come here again.

I have taken myself and my children's cars there and they never disappoint! Very professional and reasonable. When you drive a foreign car, repairs can be expensive but they work with you. The one thing, that I think makes them a cut above everyone else, when they make a mistake, they try to make sure to fix or compensate for it. I love this group! Thank Raj…you have quality mechanics. Your work ethic and sincerity for your clients is going to keep you in business for a long time. You definitely have my family, for sure.

I've had several BMW's in the last ten years that Import Auto has serviced. I've never been disappointed. Since I've lived in Virginia I've never even taken my car to another mechanic that's just how much I trust them. I HIGHLY recommend them. Anytime anything happens I don't worry because I know they will have me back up and running. I'm very pleased with their work and appreciate all their hard work over the years!!! Thank you!!
