Import Auto Service has been taking care of my cars for over 10 years. I know I can count on them to do the work right the first time and at a fair price. Their experience and expertise allows them to diagnose issues quickly and accurately. And once they have do it, they are able to fix the problem right away and get the car back on the road. I have referred their services to friends and neighbors who have also been very pleased with their own experiences and the work that they had done. Motorbike refused to start after filling her up. Guys let us use their equipment to help us fix it by the station. They even provided expert advice as we wrenched around. As good as it gets, and they declined payment. I'll have my truck serviced there for oil changes and such.

I really love this place. I have been going since it opened. I had the hugest crush on the son of the owner and I would come in after class when I was in high school and tried to talk to him. Then he moved and I never saw him again. Oh yea, the work is good and they usually hook you up with a free car wash.

I dont know what these idiots are saying, best shop ever, super professional and very reliable work and very friendly, if you need good work done, come to these guys.

I want to let you know how happy I was to have selected your business for my repair needs.I had flown out to Virginia to check out my son's vehicle before I drove it home to Indianapolis. I found out that vehicle needed transmission repair/rebuild and a tune-up.The transmission repair was repaired first and worked wonderful.After having such a good out come I took it back for the tune-up and making road worthy for a trip across the USA. All the employees that I have talked to treated me very professionally manner.I have a good friend who has a repair shop and left feeling like I have just been there.Prices were better than I could received any other place and at no time did they try to sell me things that I did'nt want.Thank-you for a wonderful expierence at Import Auto Service. I usually don't feel so good after spending money like this.

Best and most honest mechanics around

I have had my cars repaired here for over 20 years. Service has always been excellent and at a reasonable cost. The work has been everything from the simple to a rebuilt transmission. If you are looking for quality service, this is the place to go.

We've been using this company for over 20 years. I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else. Not only do they do an excellent job at a reasonable price, but they are 100% honest. Before coming to this shop I had tried another that called themselves specialists on imports. My bill was almost always over $1000 and that was twenty years ago. My first charge here was under $100 and my car was fixed. I've been with this company ever since and have always felt at ease knowing our cars were safe and so was our family riding in them. Import Auto Service is in the process of expanding and they're in an easily accessible location. I would most highly recommend them to all.

Overall good job. Seemed like the job (replace all belts) took a bit too long but I was satisfied with the work and reasonable cost for the work done. Recommend.

We have been bringing our cars here for the last three years. We have them do most of the work on our 2008 5 series BMW, 2001 330i, and 2006 Land Rover LR3. At least two of the mechanics here are exceptional. They know BMWs extremely well. I have had many negative experiences with area BMW service centers (poor quality work, being charged for work not done/parts not replaced, outrageous pricing). It's refreshing to deal with honest mechanics who know what they're doing. They have the equipment to reset BMW service intervals, even on the 528xi, which tracks everything from the VA inspection to the age of the brake fluid. They use quality products (e.g., AMSoil and BG) for oil changes and flushes. Their bills usually come in at about 50% of what I'd expect to pay (or have been quoted) at a BMW dealership. I tend to be obsessive about he maintenance of our vehicles (I do not follow the longer fluid change intervals that BMW now recommends; I tend to follow Mike Miller of BMW CCA's "old school maintenance" schedule). We typically keep our cars for at least 10 years, and I strive to have them running at like-new performance levels. The people at Import Auto Service have worked with me to identify the right services for our cars, and when it comes to repairs, their diagnoses have always been accurate and corresponding repairs reasonable.
