Great experience. Quality work at a reasonable price.

The work was great, the estimate and photos were great! Everyone was so helpful. But when I picked up my camper van, the vehicle was unlocked and the heater was left on. The battery alarm was sounding. Must have been on all night or more. Luckily nothing was stolen and the battery recharged. I would hope that security of my property would be important. Otherwise 5 stars.

Brought in my 2017 Volvo for a very significant, costly repair after previously only using a Volvo dealership. The price was significantly lower than what the dealer quoted me, and the speed, communication, and work quality were all excellent. I was impressed & will definitely use Import Auto Service in the future!

Brought in my 2010 VW Golf for AC repair. It was my first visit to Import Auto Service. They did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing the problem. Izabel was very helpful. Jimmy took video and photos throughout the process. I was a bit nervous to see the front bumper and grill removed wondering if it would get all put back together. When I picked up you'd never know all that was done. AC works great. Car looked great. The price was reasonable. Thank you.

I love this repair shop. Everytime I have brought my cars here for any type of service the staff has always resolved my issues, which we're not always easy. The work was done quickly. The staff is friendly, and the prices are fair. This is my favorite car repair shop now!

Awesome. I took my 2007 C70 Volvo to Import Auto Service after my car was in another shop for over 2 months. They couldn't figure out why my steering wheel would lock up going around curves. Finally, I Googled Volvo Car Repair and starting making calls. One Repair Shop recommended Import Auto so I called, they fixed the problem within a week and I've been on the road since...They are my new GO TO. Thank you.
